许瑞，男，1993年06月生，安徽全椒人，中共党员，口腔颌面外科学博士（武汉大学），安徽医科大学校聘副教授，硕士研究生导师，安徽医科大学口腔医学院高层次引进人才（四类）。2019年取得口腔临床医学硕士学位（导师：邹多宏 教授），2023年取得口腔颌面外科学博士学位（导师：陈刚 教授）。主要研究方向为：纳米技术在口腔鳞癌诊治及口颌面软硬组织修复中的应用。主持省厅级、校级等各类科研项目4项，以第一/通讯作者（含共同）在《Biomaterials》、《Analytical Chemistry》、《Chemical Engineering Journal》、《Journal of Controlled Release》、《Acta Biomaterialia》、《Advanced Healthcare Materials》等国际期刊上发表SCI论文15篇。《Journal of Nanobiotechnology》、《International Journal of Oncology》等国际期刊审稿人。指导硕士研究生获得国家奖学金（2025）。
